Returns and Exchanges


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. Some items ship with an attached security tag.  Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging. The original packaging contains a bar code that helps us identify your items with your order, so your account can be credited successfully. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

-Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)  
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged  for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Additional non-returnable items:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Not the style you expected? Doesn’t fit like you hoped? Don’t worry! If for any reason your order did not work out, you may return or exchange your unworn shoes (in their original packaging) within 30 days of purchase. 

 Here’s what you do:

1. Simply place your new order online with us at The new order will ship for free (for customers in the 48 Continental States) and you will have your order within a few business days.

2. Once you’ve completed your purchase, initiate the return of your original purchase. Once your order is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a credit,  back to the original payment method and we will confirm via email. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

3. That’s it!

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
